MENTAL WELLNESS FOR THE CULTURE CONFERENCE

Our very own President of Conway Care Packages, Tiara Conway, was an official moderator at the Mental Wellness for the Culture Conference powered by Legacy Speaks. Legacy Speaks is a podcast hosted by Sierra Hillsman, who was also a presenter for our Mental Health Forum. This was a FREE virtual event designed to help those wanting to start, grow, and strengthen their mental health and wellness journey. It was a great day provided with curated panels, interactive workshops, and more.
